Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Contact the Front Office. Fees may apply.

Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required for booking and must be presented with a photo ID at check-in. All Accommodation charges are payable upon Arrival;

Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy: Each reservation has a specific cancellation policy provided upon booking. Failure to check in will incur penalties as detailed in that policy. We may cancel reservations with invalid credit cards, fraudulent activity, errors, or non-compliance with these terms. Shortened stays or early check-outs also incur penalties as per the booking's Cancellation Policy. The Nkhosi Livingstone cannot guarantee new bookings or rates in such cases. Guests must make new reservations at the best available rate. Proof of payment must be provided within 48 hours of booking, including the confirmation number. You are responsible for bank transfer fees. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in cancellation and applicable penalties. You confirm all provided information is accurate.

Pricing Errors: The Nkhosi Livingstone Lodge and Spa and its affiliates may cancel contracts based on incorrect pricing or service information.

Foreign Currency: Only the currency confirmed in your reservation is guaranteed.
